Crazy stories at Anse Noir

The next stop before we went back to Fort-de-France was our "turtle bay": Anse Noir. We experienced some exciting happenings there.

The first one was when we did our anchor check (snorkeling to the anchor to see if it has digged itself into the see floor) that Dieter noticed one turtle snuggling against our anchor, touching and petting it. It was a strange picture when you saw a turtle "falling in love" with your anchor...

The second story was about Charly: when Claudi returned with Niklas to the boat via SUP from the beach she couldn't believe her eyes. Charly decided to cut her hair by herself!! It was a strong feeling inside her that she wanted to cut her hair.

Dieter tought her about the consequences and that "Mama won't be happy!" but she continued and told him that the hair will grow again ūüėČ Nevertheless, Mama was not amused...

The next day Claudi tried to save Charly's haircut by her own. It didn't look perfect but after some days you got used to it...

The beauty of the bay is characterized by the turtles and the pelicans that live there. The pelicans were not shy, they swim near the beach between the tourists or fly over the bay and suddenly crashed into the water to catch a fish...

We had also a wonderful stay at the beach: Charly discovered snorkeling and Niklas got more used to the water and enjoyed it.
