From Great Inagua Island we went to Long Cay where you can also find a lost village called Albert Town. Dieter visited this village on his own because you had to walk a longer distance to get there. He told us that there were some left houses - all damaged - and a small church. What has happened there - nobody knows?!
This spot at Long Cay was amazing! We had crystal clear water and clean white sand. Unfortunately, we had the first two days swell against our boat because the wind direction was North East. When it turned to East we could go with the dinghy to the shore and discover the beach. There was a small reef where we could see some beautiful fish... The second time we found stranded goods like a fender and a head of a dead lobster. Enjoy looking at the pictures ;o)
