On Saturday 25th we started early in the morning to go out to the Northern Sea again. This time the waves were even bigger due to more wind from the side. Since Claudi was not so comfortable with the weather we decided to move to the next port at Scheverningen, next to Den Haag. We wanted to go further but our aim is that everybody on board feels well.
The harbour at Scheverningen seemed to be quite new and the surroundings reminded us to be part of the Hafencity of Hamburg.
Even the signs made us feel like being home.
When we went shopping, Charly detected a small kid's corner in the supermarket ;o)
In the evening Dieter made a small barbecue dinner and created his own cocktail named "Dieter's special"...
On Monday afternoon we went by bus to another part of the beach of called the "boulevard". It looked very similar to "Venice Beach" in Los Angeles. We enjoyed the atmosphere with a Latte Macchiato in one of the various beach clubs.
Even a big wheel and a bungee jumping counted to the attractions. Charly and Claudi visited the big wheel which Charly liked a lot.
